As you make plans to attend INPEC 2012 we encourage you to explore using any dollars (including regular Title and IDEA funding) allotted to your school for professional development to cover your teachers’ registration fees. Please keep this in mind during any consultation meetings that you may have with your local school corporation. REGISTRATION FEES
Register early and save money! Following are the registration fees for the 2012 INPEC.
Early-Bird Registration (postmarked by October 4th):
INPEA Member $95 per registrant Non-Member $145 per registrant
Pre-Conference Registration (postmarked after October 4th):
INPEA Member $125 per registrant | Non-Member $175 per registrant

GROUP REGISTRATION DISCOUNT
To receive the Group Discount, all forms must be postmarked by (October 4th)
- $95 each for the first 10 Member registrants (1st – 10th)
- $145 each for the first 10 Non-Member registrants (1st – 10th)
- $85 each for the next 15 additional Member registrants (11th -25th)
- $135 each for the next 15 additional Non-Member registrants (11th – 25th)
- $70 each for any additional Member registrants (26th and above)
- $120 each for any additional Non-Member registrants (26th and above)
HOTEL ROOM COSTS
Hotel rooms in downtown Indianapolis are being held at a special conference rate. Rooms are available from $139-$155 plus current 17 % room tax. (Rate subject to change)
PARKING FEES
Self-parking options at downtown hotels and other nearby garages currently range from $5 to $25 per day, per car, and valet parking ranges from $25 to $30 per day per car.
