Advertisement Specifics
Art is required by September 1, 2018. Provide your advertisement in .pdf and .eps files with all fonts embedded. Advertisement sizes must be as listed above and must be in black and white unless you purchase a cover advertisement. No modifications will be made. Improperly formatted artwork will be returned to the advertiser with no refund of the advertisement cost. Advertisements should be emailed to [email protected] no later than September 1, 2018.

LIVE PRODUCT DEMONSTRATIONS
Product demonstrations provide visual support to enhance the quality of your sales presentation. Prospects who are more visual or hands-on learners often need to see your product in action to fully grasp its value and potential. Showing what your product can do provides the necessary proof and tangible evidence to convert prospects into customers!

There are 8 demonstrations available; each 20 minutes long and located directly on the trade show floor next to the exhibitor lounge. *Note: You must have a booth at the Trade Show in order to participate.

Tell us by October 1, 2018 what exclusive discounts, special offers, samples, and giveaways you are planning during the Trade Show. A promotional piece will be sent to all registered attendees prior to the Conference with your indicated promotional plans.
