HOW CAN I SEE WHAT BOOTHS ARE AVAILABLE?
Click here to view the current floor plan with booth availability. To reserve a booth, you may do so online or by completing the Exhibitor Agreement Form and faxing it to 317-578-0621. IS THERE A DEADLINE TO EXHIBIT?
No, there is no deadline to exhibit. However, exhibit space is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note that any exhibitors who reserve an exhibit space after August 2, 2016 will not be included in the Conference Program Directory or the Mobile App. Those who reserve space after August 2, 2016 will be listed on the program insert.

 

HOW DO I RESERVE EXHIBIT SPACE?
You may reserve exhibit space via the online floor plan

  • Select your preferred booth space from those available
  • Proceed through ordering space and/or sponsorships and advertisement opportunities
  • A confirmation will automatically be sent to the Main Contact’s email
  • The Exhibitor Information Guide will be included in the confirmation
  • National Expo, Inc. will email a password to the Main Contact within one week of contracting exhibit space, beginning June 15, 2016.
  • Prior to the Conference, you will receive an email with a web link to submit      names for your complimentary Exhibit Hall passes and to reserve hotel rooms.

  • Once processed, a confirmation will be emailed to the Main Contact listed within one week
  • The Exhibitor Information Guide will be included in the confirmation
  • National Expo, Inc. will email a password to the Main Contact within one week of contracting exhibit space, beginning June 15, 2016
  • Prior to the Conference, you will receive an email with a web link to submit      names for your complimentary Exhibit Hall passes and to reserve hotel rooms.

Premium Booth Location                    $150 additional
Corner Booth Location                        $100 additional

 

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE COST OF A BOOTH SPACE?

Two (2) complimentary Trade Show floor passes per 10’x10’ booth space
8’ skirted table with 2 chairs
Complimentary Exhibitor Profile in the Conference Program and Mobile App *Note: Exhibitors who reserve an exhibit space after August 2, 2016 will not be included in the Conference Program Directory or the Mobile App. Those who reserve space after August 2, 2016 will be listed on the program insert
Exhibitor Promotions marketed to attendees
Link to the Trade Show floor plan on all email promotions
Your products and services listed in the Mobile App

Electronic copy of the final attendee list emailed to the main contact listed on the Exhibitor Agreement Form within one week after the Conference

ARE TABLES AND CHAIRS INCLUDED IN THE PURCHASE OF A BOOTH SPACE?

Yes, an 8’ skirted table and 2 chairs are included. Additional tables and chairs may be rented through National Expo, Inc., the official show decorator, or you may bring your own.

 

HOW DO I ORDER BOOTH FURNISHINGS FOR MY BOOTH?
National Expo, Inc. is the official decorator of the Indiana Non-Public Education Conference. National Expo, Inc. will email a password to the main contact listed on the Exhibitor Agreement Form within one week of contracting booth space, beginning June 15, 2016. For more information, you may contact National Expo Customer Service Representative, Holly Lannon at 217-636-8178 or customerservice@natlexpo.com. The deadline to receive a 25% show discount on booth furnishings is August 31, 2016.

DO NOT SHIP EXHIBIT MATERIALS DIRECTLY TO THE CONVENTION CENTER. The Indiana Convention Center will not accept or store any items. All freight will need to go through National Expo, Inc.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXHIBITOR INFORMATION GUIDE?
The Exhibitor Information Guide is included in the electronic confirmation upon booth purchase. This will be emailed to the main contact listed on the Exhibitor Agreement Form upon receipt of payment.

 

HOW DO I GET MY COMPANY LISTED IN THE CONFERENCE PROGRAM AND ON THE NEW MOBILE APP?
Each exhibiting company receives one complimentary profile in the Conference Program and one complimentary listing on our Mobile App. Please send the following information via email to INPEC@conventionmanagers.com by August 2, 2016 unless submitted when you reserved your booth online.

Registration and Hotel Reservations

 

WHEN DOES REGISTRATION OPEN FOR BADGES AND  HOTEL RESERVATIONS?
After you reserve your exhibit space, the contact listed on the Exhibitor Agreement Form will be emailed a link to register your booth personnel for badges and reserve hotel rooms in July.

 

HOW MANY EXHIBITOR BADGES WILL I RECEIVE?
Exhibiting companies receive 2 complimentary Exhibit Hall Passes per 10’x10’ booth purchased.

 

WHAT IF I NEED MORE THAN THE FREE NUMBER OF BADGES?
Exhibitors may purchase additional Exhibit Hall Passes for $25 each.

 

ARE BADGES MAILED TO ME BEFORE THE CONFERENCE?
No, badges are not mailed prior to the conference. All badges may be picked up at the Registration desk onsite.

 

 

Sponsorship Options and Social Media

 

HOW CAN I PROMOTE MY COMPANY AT #INPEC2016?
Increase your return on investment by upgrading your exhibit space to a sponsorship package. Upgrades compliment your exhibit space by providing additional exposure with advertisements in the Conference Program and sponsorship recognition at a discounted price, making it an effective way to reach decision makers before, during and after the conference. The more your company’s name and logo are seen, the more it will be remembered.

 

Advertising

Receive a return on your investment throughout the year when you advertise in the Conference Program. The Conference Program includes the Conference agenda, educational information and a detailed directory of exhibitors, making it a handy reference guide for attendees to use after the Conference.

All advertisement artwork for the Conference Program is due by August 2, 2016 in a .jpeg and .eps format and sized appropriately. No modifications will be made.

 

Sponsoring

You can receive extra exposure and benefits before, during and after the Conference by purchasing a sponsorship package. These upgrades are designed to increase your visibility with the decision makers who keep your business growing. The more your company’s name and logo are seen, the more it will be remembered.
