The Superintendent oversees the administration and supervision of education in the Catholic school system of the diocese. The qualified individual will be instrumental in collaboratively building a vision for Catholic education in Catholic schools in the diocese.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Master’s degree in Educational Leadership required, Doctorate degree preferred. Indiana state certification as Superintendent or meet criteria to qualify for state certification. Familiarity with current trends and curriculum in Catholic education.
Work Experience: At least seven years related experience, with at least 3 years in educational administration. Project management, strategic and operational oversight responsibilities required.
