Job Title: Communications and Member Relations Coordinator (CMRC)
Position Description: The CMRC will be responsible for all association communications including, but not limited to, electronic newsletters, social media, legislative engagement, and web management. In addition, the CMRC will implement a comprehensive membership strategy, including both services to current members and the recruitment of new membership. As a member of the INPEA administrative team, CMRC will assist in other key INPEA operations including conference planning, Board of Directors’ committee support, database management, and strategic plan implementation.
Qualifications: The successful candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills, be a self-starter, and work well in a team environment. Proven experience in the use social media, including Facebook and Twitter, as a component of a communication strategy is extremely important. Experience with all Microsoft Office Products, database management, and the ability and interest in mastering new technology applications will be a key to the candidate’s success. Knowledge of and commitment to non-public school education, a bachelor’s degree in a related field with previous experience are strongly preferred.
Status: Full Time.
Compensation: Compensation commensurate with experience. Includes full time benefits with a generous vacation/holiday schedule.
