Gerry Brooks
Back by popular demand, we are thrilled to welcome back INPEC 2021 keynote speaker, Gerry Brooks!
Gerry Brooks is a veteran educator in Lexington, Kentucky. His educational experience includes six years in the classroom, two years as an intervention specialist, and 12 years as an administrator.
He is a passionate public speaker whose focus is on encouraging and helping teachers improve their instructional abilities. He also has a desire to help administrators successfully lead their staff.
An encouraging speaker, he has spoken to educational groups all around the nation. His focus is on encouraging teachers to improve their instruction through personal climate and culture strategies. He desires to help administrators focus on how to lead all staff in a positive and constructive manner.
His following on social media has developed through humorous videos that focus on real-world educational experiences. He is currently followed on these social media sites by over 500,000 people.
We are excited to have Gerry return as our INPEC keynote speaker on Thursday, September 18, 2025.
Kim Bearden
We are excited that our INPEA members voted to invite INPAC 2022 keynote speaker, Kim Bearden, to join us at INPEC 2025!
Kim Bearden is the cofounder, executive director, and language arts teacher at the highly acclaimed Ron Clark Academy, an innovative middle school and educator-training facility in Atlanta. More than 115,000 educators from around the world have visited Kim’s classroom and have attended her workshops to learn better ways to engage students, promote academic excellence, build relationships, and create a climate and culture for success.
Throughout her career, Kim has received numerous accolades, such as being inducted into the National Teachers Hall of Fame. She was chosen from over 70,000 nominations to be honored as the Disney American Teacher Awards Outstanding Humanities Teacher, and the Milken Family Foundation selected her to receive the Award for Excellence in Education. She is the winner of the InfluencHer Award, the University of Georgia Outstanding Educator Award, and the Turknett Character Award for Servant Leadership. Mercedes-Benz recognized her in their Greatness Lives Here campaign, and Women Works Media Group has named her one of Georgia’s Most Powerful and Influential Women.
Over the past thirty-six years, she has been a teacher, instructional lead teacher, curriculum director, school board member, staff development trainer, and middle-school principal. Kim is also a wife, mom, and bestselling author of three books: Crash Course, Talk to Me, and Fight Song: Six Steps to Passion, Power, Peace, and Purpose.

The Indiana Non-Public Educators’ Conference (INPEC) is a biennial conference featuring experienced, engaging speakers, 100 educational sessions and a varied and enticing trade show for all educators, preschool through high school. SCAVENGER HUNT
To assure attendees visit your booth, donate a personal item (gift card, event tickets, movie ticket package, etc.) for a prize drawing with a value of $100 or more and your company and booth number will be included on a form distributed to attendees. Attendees will visit your booth and engage in a brief conversation to receive a chance to win one of the prizes offered. The option to participate is limited.
