Serving with Passion and Purpose

INPEA is pleased to partner with Catholic Charities Indianapolis for our INPEC service project. We hope you will join us in “Serving with Passion and Purpose!”

Conference attendees are encouraged to bring donations of new socks, winter hats, and gloves to INPEC 2023. These donations will help the 6,500 families helped by Catholic Charities Indianapolis’ basic need programs including emergency shelter, crisis services, refugee resettlement, and immigration services.

“Some of our neighbors in need live on the streets, under a bridge, or in a car. Some are families with children who have lost their home and moved into our shelter, unable to pack all their belongings when they left their home. Some are families who have fled war, violence, conflict, or persecution and have crossed an international border to find safety in another country,” said David Bethuram, Executive Director of Catholic Charities Indianapolis. “These items seem small, but you need to see the faces and smiles when they receive a new hat and gloves to compete with the cold of an Indiana winter. A pair of warm, clean, and dry socks is one of the most needed amenities for our guests in the shelter, a newly arrived refugee or immigrant, and one who travels by foot on the cold streets.”
